• How can you design my space without visiting?

  With over 25 years of experience in space planning, we know exactly what to look for. In most cases, your existing floor plan and just one key measurement are enough for us to get started. We’ll also ask you to fill out a short questionnaire about your lifestyle, needs, and renovation goals — so we can tailor the layout to better suite your needs. Add a few photos if you like — but we handle everything remotely, efficiently, and accurately.

• What if I don't like the designs?

  We include one revision round for exactly this reason.
  We’ll gladly adjust the layout, explore alternative solutions, or try different furniture arrangements based on your feedback.

• Do you work with house hunters as well?

  Yes!
  We help home seekers find the right property with hidden potential — even if it doesn’t look like a perfect fit at first glance. By analyzing listings, we can suggest which homes could be transformed through smart layout changes.

• Is this suitable for all properties?

  Not always — but often.
  Some properties, especially compact units, offer limited opportunities for major layout changes. However, even small spaces can benefit from refined, furnished, and properly measured floor plans.

  Our team includes a licensed civil engineer with construction experience. We understand load-bearing walls, building codes, and renovation realities – not just pretty pictures.

• Can I access comprehensive design services?

  Not yet, but we’re expanding. Our complete luxury renovation planning (including architecture, interiors, and systems design) is currently available in selected regions.
